See what to do to make your relationship strong and last forever Read all
In relationships we often tell each other that we love each other, write “love you” on chats, and show affection, but do we take the time to write out how we feel?
1. Greeting them with a kiss and a smile when they walk through the door
Thanking them for something small they may have done (even something as small as they picked up their socks off the floor).
Asking them if there's anything you can do to help them.
Being friendly and positive toward them.
Giving them a long hug.
By doing little things like these regularly, you'll start to notice a change in your partner, too. They will have a better attitude toward you, go out of their way to help you and start making you more of a priority.
It's a win-win situation for you both — but someone needs to be the one to start.
2. Be friendly: Treat your partner the way you’d treat a good and trusted friend: with respect, consideration, and kindness. It will go a long way in fostering a strong relationship.
3. Cook together

In many relationships, the cooking duties fall to one person or the other. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but preparing a meal together can be a fun and enlightening experience. It promotes teamwork, and in some cases, stretching your abilities to try something new.
4. If you are married, Learn what pleases your partner sexually. Make it clear that his pleasure is your pleasure, and you want to discover everything about what turns him on. He’ll be happy to have you experiment with him.
5. Teach your partner what you like. Likewise, making you happy will make him feel good. And research shows that the sexual pleasure of one partner increases the pleasure of the other partner.

6. Face down a major challenge together.
7. Recognize that all relationships have their ups and downs. Just as you can’t expect to be happy all the time, you shouldn’t expect your relationship to be at a continuous high. When you make a long-term commitment to someone you have to be willing to ride the highs, as well as the lows, together.
8. Say “I love you” with your actions.
9. Take time to be together
No matter how much work you have you need to be together and connect. Go out and do things together as a couple so you can create new memories.
10. Be loyal
Stay committed to that person; don’t cheat either emotionally or physically.
